Pecan Pie

1 cup dark Karo syrup
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 T. flour and 1 cup sugar (mixed together)
2 T. butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup pecans
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)

Mix all ingredients for pie filling, adding pecans last.  Pour into pastry shell.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.  Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes.
(outer edge of pie filling will be set, with the center slightly soft.
