1 gallon tomatoes (scalded, peeled, ground)
3 onions
6 green chile peppers
2 yellow chile peppers
4 green bell peppers
5 tsp. salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp. corriander
Grind onions and peppers, mix all ingredients, cook 3-4 hours on simmer or until desired thickness.
Pack, seal, process 10 minutes. yields 5 quarts, 8 pints
