Broccoli Soup

1 T. chopped onion
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 cans - 20 ozs. chicken broth

Mix and simmer 20 minutes.  Puree in a blender, 1/2 at a time.

Melt 6 T. butter
Add: 5 - 6 T. flour

Gradually add 2 cups half and half

Thicken and add to above mixture.  Salt and pepper to taste.
