Butterflake Rolls

1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup lukewarm water
2 eggs
2 pkgs. yeast
1/3 cup sugar
3 tsp. salt
5-7 cups flour

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.  Beat eggs, add sugar, salt, canned milk, hot water and yeast.
Mix together and add 4 cups flour gradually, add rest of flour to make a soft dough.  Place on floured board and knead for about 2 minutes.

Roll out to rectangle and butter five times.  Cut in desired shape, put in muffin tins, cover with cloth and let raise 3 hours. 

Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
