Chicken Rice Casserole

1 medium sized frying chicken OR 4 chicken breasts
(boil about one hour or until tender)

1 Jimmy Dean sausage roll                         )
1 medium onion, chopped                           )     fry together
1 small green pepper, chopped                    )
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped                          )

After chicken is cooked, break up and add to sausage mixture with 3-4 cups of chicken stock, and
1 cup rice (not instant), uncooked, 1 pkg. Lipton dry chicken soup mix.  Cook until rice is tender in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.  If too stiff, add more broth and stir.  (a large electric frypan can also be used)
