Chocolate Rum Frosting

Frosting:

1 box powdered sugar
1 square butter

Beat for 5 minutes, and add:

1/2 cup cocoa
1 egg white
2 tsps. rum flavoring

Beat well another 5 minutes

Pineapple filling:

1 medium size can crushed pineapple, with juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 rounded T. cornstarch

Mix together and cook until thick.  Let cool.

Make a chocolate cake using two round pans.  Put frosting and then pineapple filling between the layers.  Put layers together and then frost top and sides of cake.
